PARTY DETAILS, as told by Aleisha
:

The baby shower was held in Agnes Water, a small coastal town in Central Queensland and was to be a vintage inspired picnic setting suitable for holding a blessing circle for the mum to be. Agnes Water Golf Club was the perfect venue for the occasion with beautiful trees and enough space for a vintage caravan and car to set the scene.

An assortment of vintage throws and cushions were arranged for guests to make themselves comfortable and enjoy a range of delicious high tea foods. A self-serve drinks station was created with a variety of teas, champagne, water and soda with a vintage ladder holding mason jars and tea cups for guests to use.

At the entrance to the caravan stood a stand with dozens of roses in lace wrapped mason jars that the Mum to be handed out to guests to thank them for their contributions.

The most beautiful of blessing circles was held for the mum to be with each guest tying a special treasure on to a piece of string and giving her their well wishes and the meaning of the treasure. Following this, the caravan was used for Rachel to have her belly painted in privacy by one of her clever friends.

Finally, guests had their polaroid photo taken with a lips or moustache on a stick for their gender prediction and shared a name suggestion on the polaroid for the Mum to be.
