“There’s no crying over spilled milk,” at this absolutely amazing Operation Shower “Baby Bistro” Event that I was honored to be a part of this past October! It was such an uplifting & heart-warming event, generously sponsored by Babies R Us, for the military moms to celebrate their babies bistro style …and to take home tons of “pub prizes” & baby necessities of course! For more deliciously sweet details, check out the Baby Bistro Dessert Table. :)
“Baby Bistro” Baby Shower Theme + Printables
Bold patterns, vibrant colors, and whimsical, baby inspired elements made for a bright & happy ambiance at the event. I loved working with Amy (Operation Shower’s Chief Event Planner) to create playful table centerpieces like “Spilled Milk“, featuring an elephant maître d’ serving sippy cups – and “Eat Your Veggies“, featuring baby bottles turned into carrots served up by a bow-tie bedecked bunny! ;) Watercolor splatters, black & white stripes, and chalkboard textures brought a fun spin on the classic bistro style. If you’d like to use this theme for your own baby shower, find it in our shop here!

PARTY HIGHLIGHTS to look out for….
– Alphabet inspired party printables… such as “M is for Milk” & “L is for Lion and Love”
– Painted elephant maître d’ serving sippy cups + a white felt “spilled milk”puddle
– “Eat Your Veggies, Baby!” centerpiece with upside down baby bottles turned into “carrots”
– Decorating with Paper demo (by yours truly) + How to Make Gelatin Gummies & Molds by Jeanne Benedict
– Guess the Baby Food & decorate a bib activities + sweet photo booth
