PARTY DETAILS, as told by Jennifer

For my daughter’s third birthday she wanted a pink Cinderella party so I decided to do that with a vintage twist and was able to keep it under $50 yet still gave it a very elegant feel!

I made the large cupcake liner L, as well as all of the silhouette cutouts of Cinderella herself, the glass slipper, the mouse, and the prince. I drew them myself based off of images I found and then used my silhouette machine to cut them on both cardstock (for the banner and hanging from the vine) and vinyl (for the mirror and plates).

I cut grapevine from the woods and displayed it over the arch with little white lights for an elegant feel. My mom made Lola’s long Cinderella skirt and got her the gloves (not sure where they are from) and we made her little pink crown.

We spray painted some old ceramic pumpkins white to add to the Cinderella theme and made a paper cake out of cardstock.

We’re a fan of all things vintage. I love how the house decor and furniture really went with the theme too. Very cute.

Such a beautiful little party theme! I wish my daughter would let me do this for her, but I think she has decided on Godzilla for her next birthday party.

Oh my gosh! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! First, this is an absolutely beautiful, stunning party. Second, I am looking for exactly this. My daughter wants Cinderella for her third birthday. I was really hoping to hold off on big money parties until she was older. I couldn’t believe she wanted Cinderella already. I always assumed I’d have to pay a princess to come. But I refuse to pay that much this young. I’m sorry, but I just can’t do it for little kids that young that won’t remember it. And every single Cinderella party theme I have seen so far is way too froo-froo for me. I was almost in tears and stressing about how I was going to pull this off. I am not a giant party planner person. But I love throwing little low-key parties for my girls. And this fits right up our alley! THANK YOU FOR SHARING!!! Seriously, you have a wonderful gift of the “vision” and I’m so glad you shared it. You have absolutely saved me tears and months of stress that I just knew there had to be a better solution that was affordable than what I was seeing on the internet so far. Thank you!!!
