I love the ruffled streamers shown for the Paris themed party! And the doilies wrapped around the mini glass bottles is divine, but the pink ruffly cake in the cowgirl party is to die for!!! Does anyone know where on the web I can see or read a tutorial on how to ice a cake like that? LOVE IT!
