Have you heard about the new online entertaining magazine My Little Jedi yet? This lovely, Australian-based publication – produced by talented designer/blogger Vesna Vasilevski – just released their 2nd issue, which happens to be an extra-sparkly Christmas special that’s overflowing with beautifully styled holiday party inspiration!
I’m especially in love with the shimmery gold & blush cover shoot and the fabulous tassle garland strung across the front of the dessert table, which would be PERFECT decor for New Year’s Eve celebrations! A detailed DIY tutorial on this garland is included in the magazine (hooray!), along with other great holiday DIY ideas like Felt Holly Wreaths and the coolest little Modern Gingerbread House.

I was honored to be a contributor to this issue, along with Kim from The TomKat Studio, Courtney from Pizzazzerie, and several other creative women that produced some seriously inspiring eye candy! Here are a few favorite spreads from the magazine (followed by a note from Founder/Editor Vesna)… but please note that this is just a small sampling… there’s SO much great stuff to soak in, so please click here to view the Christmas Issue in its entirety and check it ALL out!

Cookies completely covered in glitter… yes, please!

I’m a sucker for anything elephants, and this has to be one of the cutest elephant birthday themes ever!

The DIY for the tassle garland… yay!

A Note from Founder/Editor Vesna:
“My Little Jedi online magazine is all about amazing party styling, sweet dessert tables, delicious recipes, inspirational diy projects to help you celebrate this holiday season in style! The inspiration behind the front cover shoot came about from my love of glitter and being able to celebrate Christmas during summer. How I picture an Australian Christmas: well, just imagine Santa’s cap floating in a swimming pool on a sunny day or making a snow man from beach sand with a seagull sitting on his sun hat. Pure loveliness!
Shades of blush, peach and gold paired with the sweetest touches of lace, tulle and glitter was the perfect inspiration for a completely festive celebration.”

Congrats & Happy Holidays to Vesna & team! You definitely have something to celebrate with how lovely this Christmas 2011 issue turned out! ;)
