My favorite color pallete for Christmas (ever since I had my own place) has been Cream, & Gold w/ Hot Pink/Fusia accents. It sounds like an eyesore but it really looks so pretty .

I like to keep it fun and whimsical at my house for Christmas and I’m not really into super formal palettes. I suppose I like to feel like a little kid still on Christmas. I use lots of colors. The brighter the better! Yellow, lime, turquoise, magenta… the list goes on and I like to use glitter and glass too. It always reminds me of the homemade ornaments that hung on our Christmas tree growing up full of color, clear glass ornaments and strewn with tinsel (the tinsel was much to my mothers chagrin).

  8. Jannine says:

I have a blended household so I do a blue and silver Christmas to incorporate both religions. I also like to add some pops of red here and there. However I am truly inspired by this purple and silver/gray post. Love it!
