Jennifer from Shutterbug and the Sweet Life sent over these ADORABLE pics of the fabulous dessert buffet that she created (and photographed!) for her son’s Sock Monkey themed birthday party!
Creative details included a super-cute custom bunting, sock monkey cupcake toppers with an argyle pattern accent, “Monkey Munchies” adorned with baker’s twine (love the addition of the red m&ms here!), and old fashioned Coca-Cola bottles that added another splash of nostalgia – in the perfect colors!

Check out the fun sock monkey fabric in the bunting backdrop!

A few more fun detail shots…

Really cute!! Love it! What is the recipe for the cute munchies in the jar… that’s really cute!
I LOVE this party idea and would like to know where you found the material for the top of the Monkey Munchies jars?
Too cute!! I Love the cupcake toppers! Where did you get them? Great job!
I made the cupcake toppers and candy buffet labels myself using Photoshop. I got the material for the top of the jars from our local fabric store, but I’ve also seen it on Etsy!
Thanks for all the sweet comments!

Hello Jennifer,
My sons 1st b day party is sock monkey. Is there anyway I can buy from you the cake toppers you used and the labels if you still have them? Or can I buy the PDF file you made them in? I love what you did here!
