    Great Giveaway!

My question: What’s the best way to grill fish without them falling apart and sticking? Cedar plank, basket, lots of oil?

I always wonder what is the best way to keep grilled food warm when you have more to cook that can keep on a grill or when you are serving food over a longer period of time rather than a sit down meal. I always feel like it is harder to reheat grilled food and I never know the best way to do that while entertaining and still have it look nice. Any ideas?

I have a very nice Vermont Castings Grill, but it was at the beach house for a couple years. I’ve never cleaned a grill before, and there is some rust (though it was covered), and what seems to be possible corrosion from the salty air. What are your grill cleaning recommendations?
