“Big Game” Entertaining Ideas & Boboli

Big Game Entertaining Ideas & Boboli

Being a big football fan myself, (and the wife of an even bigger football fanatic/son of a former NFL player), I was super excited when Boboli reached out to HWTM to collaborate on some “Big Game” entertaining ideas!

You can check out my party tips over at BoboliFootball.com, a football entertaining hub that’s loaded with game-day recipes, a downloadable football party guide, and more great stuff…

Another thing I’m a fan of? SHORT CUTS! For example, using ready-made ingredients like Boboli Pizza Crusts in recipes instead of trying to do everything from scratch.

This yummy Spinach & Garlic Pizza recipe (pictured at top) is one of my personal favorites for a quick & easy party appetizer that still looks and tastes very “gourmet“.

Another fun idea for game-day parties: create-your-own pizza buffets! Just set out a variety of toppings and crusts that guests can pick and choose from to create exactly what they want to eat… fun for your guests and less work for you!

You’ll find a bunch more football-party-friendly recipes on bobolifootball.com too, including a couple that seem especially appropriate for this Sunday: NEW ORLEANS’ “Kickoff” Cajun Creole Pizza Bites and INDIANAPOLIS’ “Interception” Breaded Pork Tenderloin Pizza.

Guess what… Boboli Pizza Crusts work for DESSERTS too! A few recipes that look especially tempting: “Two Minute Warning” Key Lime Pie, “Sideline” Chocolate Pretzel Pizza, “No Fumble” Fruit Tart, and “All American” Apple Pie.

Ya… there’s a really good chance that Chocolate Peanut Pretzel Pizza will be materializing in our kitchen this weekend!
