My favorite theme is hollywood glam! It’s inviting, cozy, and dreamy with an ethereal feel. It would be a wonderful “girls night IN” option. If you’re striving for a relaxing, soothing evening–this would be fabulous!

  5. Shaunna says:

I love love love the Hawaii Five-O! The bright colors are so cheery. It makes me look forward to warmer weather so I can throw a tiki inspired party.

As many people have already recommended, thrift and dollar stores are excellent resources for budget find decorations.

Asian Affair is very festive, eye-catching and true to the beauty of Asian decor!! Thank you for the contest!

My favorite theme is the Mexcan Fiesta. Mexican food is one of my favorite foods to cook and it would be fun to surprise my family with a fiesta!

  8. KDK says:

My favorite theme is definitely Red and Black. It is my alma matter’s colors so the combo can look fun and spirited, sexy when used at a dinner for two and classy when hosting a group gathering for dinner.

  9. Caroline says:

My favorite party theme is the preppy party!

  10. Trish says:

Pasta is a real budget minded meal. I make Linguine with Clamb Sauce or Spagetti with a meat sauce and all you really need to go with it is a tossed salad, some garlic bread and grated cheese and so easy to make. Thanks for a great giveaway!

  11. Jaime says:

Oh, it’s hard to pick just one…I’m a big fan of Halloween, so I love that theme. Both the Black Vine and Red Dinner Party would look great in my black-and-red dining room!

    Thanks for the contest!

  12. Jessica says:

My tip for entertaining on a budget is to provide finger foods and mixers but ask your friends to bring drinks of thier choice to help stock the bar. We always end up with more than enough liquor.
Also, a great idea for a quick recipe is to buy a frozen cheeze pizza and make it gourmet by adding ingredients such as feta cheese, sundried tomatoes, bacon, etc. then pop it in the oven.

  13. Arlene Anthony says:

I love the girl’s night out set. The pink and black duo make it very fancy.

  14. Beth says:

The favorite for me is the Girls Night Out…for everything else Black Vine. Beautiful! Thanks. Beth W.

I love the red set , my tip for entertaining on a budget is making appetizers with bread, slice any cheese that would melt, pop in the toaster oven and sprinkle with cayenne pepper or paprika. It looks and tastes good. and easy. My go to appetizer for unexpected , last minute guests.

  16. Cristin says:

They are all so cute – but I LOVE the Girls Night Out – reminds me of my bachelorette party!!

Hard to choose with party theme I like best from Social Couture, but the Princess Party really caught my eye! I love the glass slippers and feather boas! Would be super cute for my niece’s Birthday this summer!

  19. Heather C. says:

Black Vine is one of my favorites for a dinner party. I love the simplicity of it. The patriotic party is great for the 4th of July, I may try that one out this year!

I love using 12×12 paper as placemats for dinner parties to add some pizzazz and you can use just about anything for cute napkin rings, from wire and beads to ribbon. Flowers can go a long way if you purchase them from Costco or Sams.

  20. Karen P says:

  36. nicci says:

On a budget – I like to keep it simple, use things from around the house and outside that I already have. Ge one nice thing to jazz it up at home goods you can always find a table cloth for cheap there. This way you can spend a little extra cash on the food!!!

  37. Alicia says:

So pretty! And what I love about Social Couture’s party themes is that they are simple, have bright colors, and aren’t overdone.

I think the Children’s Holiday theme tickled my fancy the most!

  38. Aniela R. says:

I really like the Mexican Fiesta theme (the baby themes are all really cute too).

  39. Angela J says:

Use fresh fruit in season in a pretty bowl or basiket for a centerpiece.

  40. whitney g says:

When I entertain inexpensively, I always visit thrift and dollar-type stores (as well as garage sales, auctions, etc), buying things that I can use to decorate with, combining them with nice things I already have. You can do a lot of good with a can of spray paint, or other slight improvements. I spend way less than most anyone I know on these type of events, yet many people compliment my sense of style, and ask me for decorating/entertaining help.
