During the late nights that Roopal Shah spent creating unique invitations and announcements for her sister’s shower, her brother’s wedding, her son’s birth, and so on… she also discovered her genuine passion for the process of getting creative with paper and ink! Cut to 4 years later, and Roopal is still busy cranking out creative custom designs – through her very own design studio: 1st Comes Love.
At 1st Comes Love – as Roopal explains – “We focus on creating designs for wedding invitations, birth announcements, and just about any piece of stationery you could need!”
Speaking of “things we need” – I could really use some spending money for holiday gifts like cute personalized notecard sets… how ’bout you?!
Well, we’re in luck, because 1st Comes Love is generously offering up $50 Shopping Sprees for TWO lucky HWTM readers! Winners can spend the $ however they like – personalized holiday cards, personalized stationery, towards a custom wedding invitation design, etc.
(Details for how to enter after the jump…)

I’m loving Damask Holidays!
The Cole design would be the perfect birth announcement for when our little man comes in a couple months, as his room is all airplane themed, and we had an airplane themed baby shower!
I love the clean classic contemporary style that these cards have. I would love to put my $50 towards a wonderful christmas card that reflects my personal style!
I adore the “Casey” and “Mira” stationary! It fits me perfectly… simple yet funky! I’ve been looking for stationary for ever but haven’t found one I truly like that isn’t too feminine or too masculine. These would be my perfect ‘thank you’ cards!
The Joy Love Wonder cards are so simple and elegant. They would make great holidy cards for us.
I love that they’re so colorful!!!
I LOVE the Christmas Spirals cards!! Too cute! If I don’t win, I know I will be ordering…that’s how much I love these cards!!!
I love the Erica and Helen sets! So beautiful to look at and fun to open.
The lotus design (Anjali) is so modern and pretty. I love the chandelier design(Courtney). I have an obsession with chandeliers lately. The design is glam without being fussy.
I would love some custom wedding invitations along the lines of the Amanda style…and they are in Portland, so I can buy local!
I love the Comfort & Joy Holiday cards…and EVERYTHING else. I’ve never been so enchanted!
They are all fabulous! I love the simplicity of the design. Less is definitely more.
“Modern Damask” is my fave! So elegant!
Lovebirds is adorable!!
I Love the Erica set!!
