During the late nights that Roopal Shah spent creating unique invitations and announcements for her sister’s shower, her brother’s wedding, her son’s birth, and so on… she also discovered her genuine passion for the process of getting creative with paper and ink! Cut to 4 years later, and Roopal is still busy cranking out creative custom designs – through her very own design studio: 1st Comes Love.

At 1st Comes Love – as Roopal explains – “We focus on creating designs for wedding invitations, birth announcements, and just about any piece of stationery you could need!”

I love the Tropical Wishes card in the Holiday section. It’s different from the normal Christmas cards. I reminds me of my wedding invitations. It’d the same colors and design. It’s nice to think about tropical weather when it’s cold outside.

I love the Kirin the best, you could see that there was a lot of work put into it and it is totally different from all the other birth announcements, it is not too cutsie… it has a splash of elegance in it. Substituting the little duckie in front… it can easily be used for any occasion. Love the Kirin a lot.
