Fun giveaway! I’d take my gift certificate to Crate & Barrel and stock up on white wine glasses–they keep getting broken at my parties! I’d also buy cloth napkins because I’m trying to live greener…

Beth SAYS:

What a fun-sounding book! I used love hosting parties, but have recently become intimidated. Here’s the issue: my husband is a diplomat with the US State Department and we just moved to our first overseas post. Let me tell you, the State Dept. ladies are cocktail party veterans! Every time I start to plan something, I get freaked out that I don’t have the right glasses or china, etc and end up tossing the party plans out the window. Maybe I could find some inspiration (and determination?) in this book!

Stephanie SAYS:

oooh…there are so many things I could buy with that gift certificate! I’m in decorating and housewares mode, so maybe I’d get a few useful things for the kitchen, and then some just plain old pretty things!
count me in!

Amanda SAYS:

Ooh! I love Crate and Barrel but we don’t have one around here, so everytime I go to New Orleans I spend atleast an hour just wandering around.

If I was to win I’d buy some new funky dishes. I have a very nice set but it’s brown and boring and sometimes a girl just needs some fun plates.
