I would get myself a really nice collander. That probably sounds strange but I’ve wanted a larger one for a long time.

I would loove a gift card to Crate & Barrel. I moved recently and every single wine glass broke in transit–so I could really use a set of their “Otis” glasses. I also love their Tripoli server–perfect for parties! There are so many fantastic things to choose from!
