"canned" cocktailsWhen I received an email a few weeks ago with the subject line “Easy, Delicious Cocktails from… Canned Foods?” I have to admit I was slightly skeptical about the idea. But once I actually read the recipes – which utilize long-lasting staples you might already have in your pantry such as canned peaches, pears and fruit cocktail – I realized that this idea was actually pretty smart. I actually think this really is a good idea for recipe ingredients because you don’t have to worry about the fruit going bad…which is always what happens to me!
