REAL PARTIES: Modern Parisian Bridal Shower

REAL PARTIES: Modern Parisian Bridal Shower My good friend Jen is getting married June 9! Here are a few snapshots from the bridal shower I co-hosted this weekend. Jen got engaged at the Eiffel Tower and LOVES modern style, so we did a Modern Parisian theme with fluffy feathers, scroll patterns, and a color palette of pink, black & white.

REAL PARTIES: Modern Parisian Bridal Shower REAL PARTIES: Modern Parisian Bridal Shower The shower was held at Kinara Cafe in L.A. – in an amazing private outdoor patio filled with tons of lush greenery, flowers, a loungy sitting area, and a gorgeous fountain…such a beautiful setting to work with!

REAL PARTIES: Modern Parisian Bridal Shower Amy did a great job on the rehearsal bouquet…not too long before Jen will be holding the real thing!

REAL PARTIES: Modern Parisian Bridal Shower Congrats, Jen! We’re so glad you loved the shower – and now the countdown begins…!

Hi,

I love the theme and everything is exquisite. My future sister-in-law got engaged in Paris so I am thinking a Parisian theme for the shower. These are some great ideas!

I love the idea of the block letters that spelled her name in front of the flowers- where did you guys get those? Probably a craft store would have them but just wondering where you purchased them.

Also, in the first picture it looks like a menu in the middle of the placemat- can you please share where you ordered those from as well?

Thanks, and awesome job!!!

Hi Caroline –
The block letters were from a store in San Diego called “Cool Scrapbook Stuff” – so any scrapbook store would probably be a safe bet – or potentially even craft store like Michaels, Hobby Lobby, or Joann.

The menus are custom – I’m a graphic designer so I was able to do them myself :)

Thanks so much for the compliments and good luck with the shower!

Maria –
The Eiffel tower necklace charms were purchased in-store at a place in LA that used to be called “Party on La Cienega” and recently changed their name to “Party Paper Life”. Here’s the website: http://www.partypaperlife.com/

P.S. This party was held quite a while ago though, so they might not carry them anymore. Etsy.com could be a good place to look for something similar though :)

The color combination is nice. Black, pink, and white is a good color combination. Nice.
