NBC San Diego: Hip Housewarming Gifts

NBC San Diego: Hip Housewarming Gifts Moving into a new home is a time for celebrating, but many people seem to be stumped when it comes to figuring out the "perfect" housewarming gift for others. In reality, there are lots of items that would make great housewarming gifts – so don’t stress so much about finding the "perfect" one…just remember to consider your recipient’s sense of style when choosing the gift. Things like kitchen tools, barware, serveware, plants, and candles are always smart choices for a housewarming.

For a thoughtful touch, try personalizing a set of coasters or bar glasses with a family name or monogram, or put your recipient’s favorite flowers or house plant in a unique vase or pot. Pictured below are a few of our favorite housewarming gift ideas, as featured on NBC San Diego this morning! Hope this list helps in your gifting efforts this spring…or maybe you can even find something to warm up your own home! {scroll down below the pictures for product names and resources}

Even if you do not drink vodka, the Effen black and white vodka bottles look great. It tastes good on my martinis.

Having great designed bottles is a must for any bar. New liquor brands use packaging to lure the hip crowd. I am not complaining :)

I couldn’t agree with you more! :) My purchases are definitely VERY persuaded by the bottle packaging – for regular drinks as well as alcohol. I love using izze soda or other well-designed drink bottles that match the party theme as table decorations or to make a cool drink display…they always add a little something extra :)

But I have to say – if you DO like Vodka – the Black Cherry Effen really does taste great too!
